Industrial relay for plug-in sockets – reliability in a compact housing

This 3-pole electromagnetic relay is designed to operate in demanding industrial conditions. Compact dimensions (35 x 35 x 54.4 mm) allow for easy integration with existing installations, and the ability to mount in standard plug-in sockets (PZ11, GZU 11, GZ11, GZP11, GOP11) significantly speeds up the installation and servicing process. Construction and functionality

The relay has three changeover contacts (3P), which enables a wide range of applications in industrial automation. Contact material made of AgNi (silver nickel) ensures high wear resistance and good electrical conductivity, guaranteeing long-lasting and stable operation. Additionally, the relay is equipped with a mechanical operation indicator and a test button with a contact locking function – this facilitates diagnostics and maintenance of the device.

The relay operates at a supply voltage of 48 V DC and is adapted to AC1 circuits up to 10 A / 250 V and DC1 up to 10 A / 24 V. The IP40 protection class protects against access to tools and live wires, increasing safety. This makes it suitable for controlling various devices, alarm systems, building automation and anywhere reliable switching of electrical circuits is required. The relay width is only 35 mm – this is key in limited space in control cabinets.
