Push-in Interface Kit for Professional Control Applications
The complete PI71P interface system is a ready-to-use solution for automation installers and system integrators. The kit includes an electromagnetic relay RMP7, a push-in socket GZP71, and a signaling and surge protection module Y43G, forming a coherent system ready for DIN rail or panel mounting.
Construction and Mounting Compatibility
The system is designed for direct mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail according to PN-EN 60715 or on a panel using a single M3 screw. The push-in socket GZP71 enables rapid tool-free wire connection - maximum wire cross-section is 2 × 1.5 mm² (without insulated ferrule) or 2 × 1 mm² (with ferrule), with a stripped length of 8...10 mm. Spring-loaded terminals ensure reliable connection and easy maintenance.
The enclosure dimensions are 80.4 × 15.7 × 66.1 mm with a weight of 55 g, featuring an IP20 protection rating, which protects against accidental contact with live parts. The system is equipped with a plastic ejector sleeve enabling safe relay replacement.
Electrical Parameters and Load Capacity
The RMP7 relay uses a single contact (1P) made of AgNi (silver-nickel) alloy, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and wear resistance. The contacts operate in monostable mode with forced guidance and drive polarization.
The rated control voltage is 110 V DC, and the operating supply range falls within 0.8...1.1 U. The minimum contact voltage is 12 V, while the continuous current rating reaches 12 A. The system supports a minimum switching power of 1 W, making it versatile for various control applications.
The residual voltage for AC is ≥0.3 U, and the system is compatible with a wide range of supply voltages - for AC: 24V, 110V, 230V, for DC: 12V, 24V, 110V.
Diagnostic Features and Safety
The kit is equipped with advanced diagnostic and safety features. An additional LED indicator signals the operating status - red illumination indicates AC circuit operation, while green signals DC supply. A mechanical trip indicator allows immediate contact status verification without disassembly.
The front test button serves a dual function - it allows manual testing of the circuit operation and locks the contacts in the test position during maintenance work. The Y43G surge protection module protects electronics from harmful network surges.
The system meets European standards requirements (CN classification code: 85364900) and is intended for professional industrial automation applications and building control systems.
