The PIR2-024DC-M41G-PS-2012 interface relay is a complete coupling module of the PIR2 series, designed for reliable galvanic isolation between control and actuator circuits. The device utilizes Push-in technology, enabling quick and safe wire installation without the need for tools.

Construction and Electrical Parameters

The module is equipped with two changeover contacts (2P) made of AgNi material, ensuring excellent resistance to electrical wear and high conductivity. The relay handles loads of AC1 - 12A/250V AC and DC1 - 12A/24V DC, making it a universal solution for most industrial applications.

The control voltage is 24V DC, typical for industrial automation systems. Its compact construction with dimensions of 97 × 31 × 75.8 mm and a width of only 31 mm allows for dense packing in distribution boards. The device weighs only 0.0117 kg, facilitating installation without overloading the structure.

Mounting and Compatibility

The relay is designed for mounting on a 35mm DIN rail or alternatively on a mounting plate using a single M3 screw. This mounting flexibility allows installation in both standard distribution boards and specialized applications.
