Universal coupling module for industrial automation

The PUSH-IN series PIR4 interface relay is a complete coupling system designed for professional control applications. The device utilizes four changeover contacts (4P) made of AgNi material, ensuring reliable circuit switching for both alternating and direct current.

The module operates at a control voltage of 230V AC and offers a load capacity of 7A/250V AC for AC1 circuits and 7A/24V DC for DC1 circuits. The changeover contacts also maintain a load of 0,125 kW for AC3 applications, making it suitable for controlling higher-power loads.

Compact design and flexible mounting

The device features dimensions of 97 × 31 × 75,8 mm with a weight of only 0,0117 kg, allowing for space savings in electrical cabinets. Mounting is possible on a standard 35mm DIN rail or directly onto a mounting plate using a single M3 screw.

The housing provides an IP20 protection rating, protecting against finger contact and access to hazardous parts. The design is adapted for use with ZGZP type comb connectors, enabling fast and secure electrical connections.

Complete installation kit

The kit contains all the necessary elements for immediate startup:

• GZP4 push-in socket (grey color) with tool-free rapid wire connection technology,
• R4N electromagnetic relay, CO type (changeover),
• GZP4-0400 ejector clip enabling easy module disassembly,
• M93G surge protection module equipped with an LED (green color) and a varistor for surge protection.

Push-in technology eliminates the need for screwdrivers during installation - wires are pushed directly into the holes, where a spring automatically clamps them.
