Interface relay for mounting on 35 mm rail

This is a narrow-profile interface relay, supplied with a 6W-220-240V-U socket and an RM699BV-3011-85-1060 relay. Its compact dimensions (88.6 x 6.2 x 76 mm) and width of only 6.2 mm allow for efficient use of space in control cabinets. Mounting is done on a standard 35 mm rail, which facilitates installation and replacement.

Functionality and application

This relay is designed to control circuits with a voltage of 220…240 V AC/DC. It has a single changeover contact (1P), which allows control of various loads. Screw terminals provide solid and reliable wire connections. Thanks to the universal supply voltage (A1 - A2 - any polarity), the relay is flexible in application and easily integrates with various control systems. A green LED indicates the circuit's on status.

Electrical parameters and endurance

The relay output (RM699BV) is characterized by an AC1 load capacity of up to 6A at 250 V AC and DC1 up to 6A at 30 V DC. This allows control of both AC and DC loads. The AC1 switching endurance is over 0.5 x 10⁵ cycles, and the mechanical endurance exceeds 10 cycles – guaranteeing long-term and trouble-free operation of the device in demanding industrial conditions. Protection class IP20 provides basic protection against touch and ingress of solid objects.
