The electromagnetic relay RM85-2021-35-1024 is a compact solution for controlling electrical circuits. Designed for both mounting on printed circuit boards and in plug-in sockets, it offers flexibility in applications. Its small dimensions (29 x 12.7 x 15.7 mm) allow integration even in limited spaces.

Characteristics and application

This relay is characterized by a single normally closed contact (1Z), which means that the circuit is closed in the rest state. This is useful in applications requiring a normally closed contact, e.g. in safety or automation systems. The contact load capacity for AC1 is 16A at 250V, and DC1 – 16A at 24V, making it a versatile solution for various loads. The coil voltage of 24V DC ensures compatibility with popular control voltages.

Mounting and compatibility

The RM85-2021-35-1024 relay is designed to work with a wide range of plug-in sockets, making installation and replacement easier. It is compatible with EC50, GD50, PW80 (for PCB mounting) and GZP80 (push-in), GZT80, GZM80, GZS80, GZF80, GZMB80 (for 35mm rail mounting) sockets. Thanks to this, it can be easily integrated with existing systems. It is worth remembering about the galvanic connection of the terminals: 11 with 21, 12 with 22 and 14 with 24 – this design feature may be important when designing circuits. The IP67 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and moisture, enabling operation in harsh environmental conditions. The AgNi contact material provides good conductivity and wear resistance.
