The PUSH-IN interface relay PIR2 is a complete set designed for demanding industrial applications where reliability and ease of installation are crucial. The device utilizes push-in technology, enabling quick assembly without tools—simply insert the wire into the terminal, and the spring automatically locks it in place.

Construction and Technical Specifications

The device is equipped with two changeover contacts (2P) made of AgNi (silver-nickel) alloy, ensuring excellent electrical conductivity and resistance to wear during frequent switching operations. The rated load is 12A at 250V AC and 12A at 24V DC, allowing operation in both AC and DC circuits.

The compact design with dimensions 97 × 31 × 75.8 mm fits into a standard modular housing. The varistor acts as a non-linear element whose resistance drops sharply when the voltage exceeds its characteristic threshold, thereby absorbing surge energy and protecting sensitive electronic components from damage.

The complete set includes a push-in socket GZP4 with automatic spring terminals, an electromagnetic relay of type R2N, a release clip GZP4-0400 enabling easy relay removal without dismantling the entire assembly, and the surge protection module M93G. The device is compatible with comb connectors of type ZGZP, facilitating organized multi-module installations.
