Compact solution for industrial automation

The SIR6WB interface relay features an exceptionally slim design with a width of only 6,2 mm, allowing for maximum component density in switchgear and control cabinets. This compactness does not limit functionality - the device provides full switching functionality while maintaining minimal mounting space.

Construction and contact materials

The device is a complete set consisting of a universal 6WB-6-24VDC socket and a replaceable RM699BV-3011-85-1024 relay. This modular construction allows for easy replacement of the relay itself without the need to dismantle the entire module.

The AgSnO2/Au contact material (silver-tin-oxide with hard gold plating) ensures excellent resistance to wear and corrosion, resulting in long-term durability even with frequent switching. The use of hard gold plating protects contact surfaces from oxidation and degradation in industrial environments.

Electrical parameters and load capacity

The relay offers a single changeover contact configuration (1P) with standard terminal markings: 14 (normally closed), 11 (common), 12 (normally open). This universal configuration facilitates integration with existing installations.

The electrical load capacity is AC1: 6A at voltages up to 250V and DC1: 6A at voltages up to 30V. The coil supply voltage is 24V DC with fixed polarity (+A1, -A2), which eliminates the risk of error during connection. The device operates in a wide temperature range from -40°C to +70°C, maintaining full functionality in harsh industrial conditions.

Mounting and connection

The module is adapted for mounting on a standard 35 mm wide DIN rail, enabling quick installation in switchgear and distribution boards. Spring terminals eliminate the need for tools to connect wires - simply insert the bare end of the wire into the appropriate opening.

Compact dimensions (88,6 × 6,2 × 76 mm) allow for mounting even in very tight spaces. The IP20 protection rating ensures safe operation inside switchgear by protecting against accidental contact with live parts.
