This pressure regulator, made of dezincification-resistant brass, is a reliable solution to protect water installations from excessive pressure. It maintains a constant output pressure in the range of 1.5 – 12 bar regardless of fluctuations in the supply pressure, which translates to a longer lifespan of devices and reduced water consumption. Designed to work with installations with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch, it will be suitable for both single-family homes and commercial facilities.

Design and application

The regulator is designed for durability and ease of installation. Made of DZR brass (dezincification resistant) ensures corrosion resistance and long-term reliability. The built-in filter mesh protects the internal elements of the regulator from contaminants, and the adjusting spring, located outside of contact with water, minimizes the risk of corrosion and ensures precise pressure setting. The possibility of mounting a pressure gauge (not included) allows for continuous monitoring of operating parameters.

Technical specifications

The regulator has BSPT-R threaded connections with a diameter of 1 1/4 inch (32 mm) on both the inlet and outlet sides. The maximum inlet pressure is 25 bar, and the output pressure adjustment range is 1.5 – 12 bar (0.15 - 1.2 MPa). The operating temperature of the regulator is in the range of 2°C to 30°C. The seal used is made of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EDPM), ensuring the tightness and durability of the connections. The pressure class of the device is PN 25. The regulator is supplied with fittings for easy installation. The wrench size required for installation is 52 mm.
