Professional pipe crimping tool – reliability and efficiency in one

Electro-hydraulic crimping tool ROMAX 4000 is a versatile tool designed for precise and fast crimping of fittings. It will be useful both on professional construction sites and in the workshop. The device allows you to work with pipes made of steel, copper and aluminium-plastic (alu-pex) with a diameter of up to 110 mm, depending on the system. The crimping force of 32 kN guarantees durable and safe connections.

Comfort of work and versatility

The ROMAX 4000 crimping tool is characterized by a compact design and low weight (3.6 kg without jaws), which translates into comfortable work, even in hard-to-reach places. A rotating head (270 degrees) increases maneuverability when making connections. The device is powered by an 18 V lithium-ion battery with a capacity of 4 Ah, which provides a long working time without the need for frequent charging – up to 240 crimps (stainless steel 28 mm) on a single charge. METABO batteries are compatible with this model, increasing flexibility of use. Fast charging time (approx. 80 minutes) minimizes downtime.

Safety and durability

The ROMAX 4000 design has been designed with user safety in mind. Protection against accidental removal of the crimping jaw and automatic piston return after the crimping cycle is completed minimize the risk of errors and injuries. CFT technology guarantees constant pressing force during each crimp, and high quality workmanship translates into a long service life – the service threshold is as much as 40,000 crimps or every 2 years. LEDs make it easier to work in low light conditions.
