The 1-pole switch from the Sedna Design series by Schneider Electric is an electrical installation accessory that combines functionality and modern design. Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it is characterized by durability and resistance to UV radiation.

This switch is not only a lighting control element – it can also be used as a doorbell button or to switch on other devices with a maximum current consumption of 10 A. Thanks to its versatile application, it is a practical solution for installers and end users. Please note that Sedna Design & Elements products are not compatible with the Sedna series.

Construction features and mounting

The Sedna Design switch is distinguished by a well-thought-out design that facilitates installation and use. Screwless terminals provide quick and secure connection of wires, and solid claws with a self-return function guarantee a perfect fit to the installation box. Compact dimensions (73 mm x 73 mm x 37 mm) and a protrusion depth of 24 mm allow for easy installation even in tight spaces. Additionally, access to the contacts allows for testing and measurements without the need to disassemble the device.

It has an impact resistance of IK02 and a rated voltage of 250 V. The product is designed to operate in an ambient temperature from -5°C to +40°C. The thermoplastic material used ensures durability and resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.
