Central plate for Sedna Design & Elements data outlets

Central plate designed for mounting in the data connection housings of the Sedna Design & Elements series by Schneider Electric. It allows the installation of two RJ45 category 5e or 6 UTP sockets, providing a solid and aesthetic network connection. Made of high-quality thermoplastic material, it is characterized by durability and resistance to UV radiation. Thanks to its compact dimensions (73 x 73 x 23 mm), it fits perfectly into standard flush-mount boxes.

Construction and mounting

The plate has been designed for easy and quick installation. The possibility of mounting both with claws and screws ensures stability and adaptation to various installation conditions. The IP20 degree of protection guarantees basic protection against contact and ingress of solid bodies, making it safe to use. The halogen-free material of construction increases fire safety.

Application and compatibility

The central plate is used in residential, office and commercial buildings where a reliable network connection is required. It is compatible with various types of RJ45 inserts (AMP, Krone, Tyco, Systimax), providing great flexibility in component selection. It should be noted that Sedna Design & Elements products are not compatible with the Sedna series - this is an important distinction when planning installations. The plate does not have a dust cover or cable strain relief. Its glossy surface finish gives it a modern look, and the white color (RAL 9003) allows it to be harmoniously integrated into the interior design.
