### Functionality and application

The iC60H-D10-3 circuit breaker is characterized by a D tripping characteristic, which means it is resistant to short-term current surges, typical of devices with motors or switch-mode power supplies. This makes it ideal for protecting circuits powering devices such as refrigerators, washing machines, computers or power tools. The short-circuit breaking capacity of 30 kA at 230 V and 15 kA at 400 V guarantees effective protection in the event of a serious failure. The ability to connect wires with a cross-section from 1 to 16 mm² (multi-stranded) or from 1 to 25 mm² (solid) provides flexibility during installation.

### User comfort and installation

The circuit breaker design has been carefully thought out in terms of ease of installation and operation. Double terminals allow connection of wires from both the top and the bottom. The VisiTrip indicator signals the tripping of the circuit breaker due to overload or short circuit – the red color allows quick identification of the damaged circuit. Additionally, the VisiSafe indicator informs about the opening of the circuit breaker contacts, which increases safety during maintenance or repair work.
