This Acti9 SD modular signaling contact is a practical solution for remote monitoring of the tripping status of residual current circuit breakers or overcurrent circuit breakers. It enables quick identification of problems in the installation, which translates to reduced downtime and effective troubleshooting. It is particularly useful in installations where access to the circuit breaker is difficult or requires additional time.

Functionality and application

The signaling contact is designed for mounting on a DIN rail, ensuring easy integration with existing electrical infrastructure. Its compact size (0.5 module width) allows for saving space in the switchboard. Thanks to the universal AC/DC voltage, the contact is compatible with different types of circuits. It has one changeover contact (1 CO) which can be configured as normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC), giving flexibility in choosing the signaling method.
