Acti9 comb busbar for three-phase installations
The D9XFH3N12 busbar is a professional component of the Acti9 distribution system, designed for three-phase electrical installations with a neutral conductor. The product provides a safe and efficient connection for up to 4 modular devices in a 3P+N configuration, offering a rated continuous current of 80A at a maximum operating voltage of 400V.
Electrical parameters and safety
The device operates at a rated voltage of 400V AC and provides insulation of 440V AC, guaranteeing safe operation in standard industrial and commercial installations. A rated impulse withstand voltage of 4kV protects the installation against surges, while an IP20 protection rating (with covers) ensures safe use within distribution boards.
The busbar complies with IEC 61439-1 and CEI 60439-1 standards and features fire resistance confirmed by tests according to the IEC 60695-2-1 standard - it withstands 960°C for 30 seconds. The pollution degree is rated at level 3, allowing for use in most industrial conditions.
Construction and compatibility
The busbar, with a length of 276mm, occupies a width of 12 modules (modules of 18mm) with phase-to-phase spacing of 18mm, and a phase-to-neutral spacing of only 9mm. It is manufactured in white (RAL 9003) and can be cut to size, allowing for a perfect fit into a specific distribution board.
The "pin" type construction enables rapid top-down mounting onto the tunnel terminals of modular devices. The product is fully insulated and equipped with protective end caps and finger guards, providing comprehensive protection for the connections.
