Professional fuse-switch for busbars

FuPacT ISFL160 is a 3-pole fuse-switch designed specifically for direct connection to busbars with a 100mm pitch. The device represents efficient vertical solutions with a compact modular design, which eliminates the need for additional space for the installation of current transformers.

Construction and electrical parameters

The fuse-switch provides a rated continuous current of 160A at a maximum operating voltage of 800V AC. Thanks to a rated conditional short-circuit current of 100kA, it guarantees effective circuit protection even in the event of serious electrical faults. The device supports DIN NH000 and DIN NH00 type fuse links, and its standardized interface is compatible with all types of measuring devices.

The design allows for mounting in both horizontal and vertical positions, with the possibility of stacking units one above the other. The system is equipped with a separate fuse monitor, which provides individual status control for each fuse link.

Application and compatibility

The device is suitable for protection, monitoring, and equipment control applications, as well as in power distribution systems. In the AC22B utilization category, it achieves full performance at voltages up to 690V AC, while in the AC23B category, it maintains parameters at voltages up to 415V AC.

The fuse-switch features a visible separation of contacts and a contact position indicator, which facilitates monitoring the device status during operation. The system allows for mechanism locking using 3 padlocks, increasing the safety of service work.

Environmental parameters and regulatory compliance

FuPacT ISFL160 operates in a wide temperature range from -20°C to +70°C, maintaining full functionality in harsh industrial conditions. The IP20 protection rating protects against contact with hazardous parts and against access to solid objects larger than 12mm.

The device meets the requirements of the EN/IEC 60947-1 and EN/IEC 60947-3 standards and holds CE, CCC, and EAC certificates. The design provides protection class II for the front part and an IK07 impact protection rating against mechanical impacts.
