High-Performance FuPacT ISFL400 Fuse Disconnectors
FuPacT ISFL400 is a 3-pole fuse disconnector with a compact design and modular system, designed for professional electrical installations. The device enables direct connection to 185 mm busbars or using a hook connector, which significantly simplifies the installation process.
Design and Mounting Options
The disconnector features a vertical design that does not require additional space for installing current transformers. Thanks to the modular system and standardized interface, it is compatible with all types of measuring devices, ensuring versatility of application in various switchgear configurations.
Mounting is performed on busbars in a vertical position, with the drive element located on the front side of the device. The construction includes the possibility of locking with 3 padlocks, which increases the safety level during maintenance work.
Electrical Parameters and Performance
The device provides a rated continuous current of 400 A at a maximum operating voltage of 800 V AC. The rated conditional short-circuit current is 120 kA, which guarantees effective protection even during strong overvoltages in industrial installations.
The disconnector is designed for NH2 type fuse inserts and equipped with fuse status monitoring, enabling verification of proper protection operation. Main connections are made as M12 screw connections, ensuring reliable and durable electrical connection.
Safety and Standards Compliance
FuPacT ISFL400 meets the requirements of international standards IEC 60947-1 and IEC 60947-3, confirmed by CE, CCC, and EAC certificates. The device provides a protection degree of IP20 and protection class II against electric shock for the front surface.
The construction meets the requirements of utilization categories AC-21B (400 A at 690V), AC-22B (400 A at 500V), and AC-23B (400 A at 415V), making it a universal solution for different types of loads. Mechanical endurance is 800 cycles, and electrical durability is 200 cycles for the respective utilization categories.
The operating temperature ranges from -20°C to +70°C, enabling operation in challenging industrial conditions.
