The iC60L-B0,5-1 circuit breaker is a single-pole overcurrent circuit breaker designed to protect electrical circuits against the effects of overloads and short circuits. It is an element of the iC60 series, which offers a wide range of rated currents and tripping characteristics, allowing for optimal selection to specific needs. Functionality and safety

The iC60L-B0,5-1 circuit breaker has a tripping characteristic of type B, which means it reacts quickly to current increase – it will trip after 3-5 times the rated current. This characteristic is particularly useful in circuits with resistive loads, such as lighting or household appliances with low surge levels. It provides effective protection against damage to the installation and potential fire hazards. Additionally, the VisiTrip indicator allows for quick identification of the cause of the trip – a red color indicates tripping caused by a disturbance. The VisiSafe indicator informs about the physical opening of the contacts, which increases safety during maintenance work.

Installation and technical parameters

This circuit breaker is distinguished by its ease of installation and removal. The ability to connect two wires of different cross-sections (from 1 to 25 mm² for solid and from 1 to 16 mm² for stranded) makes it easier to adapt to the existing installation. The device occupies only one module width, which allows you to save space in the switchgear cabinet.
