The Guard PRO 150 W air curtain is an industrial water-based unit that creates an invisible air barrier over doors up to 7 meters wide. It operates via a directed air stream with a maximum flow rate of 6500 m³/h, blocking heat exchange between the interior and exterior of the building — without the need to close the door. This solution is particularly effective in production halls, warehouses, logistics centers, and loading docks, where frequent vehicle movement leads to significant energy losses.

Operates efficiently even with large temperature differences

A heating capacity of 32 kW (at 90/70°C) ensures stable temperatures in the entrance zone, even when outdoor temperatures drop below zero. Under lower fluid temperature conditions (60/40°C), the unit still delivers 8.5 kW of power — ensuring stable performance across different seasons and heating systems. The water heat exchanger located at the base of the module is part of the Active Protection system: warm air is directed upward, maintaining comfort at user level rather than at ceiling height.

Horizontal or vertical mounting — installation flexibility

The enclosure, made of galvanized and powder-coated steel (RAL9006), is resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage — ideal for industrial environments. The unit can be mounted either above the door or on the sides of the opening, thanks to its universal modular design. A width of 1500 mm allows easy side-by-side connection of multiple curtains for wider openings. The 450 mm diameter fan ensures long-range airflow — up to 7 meters vertically and horizontally — without the need for additional ducts.

Does not include controller or mounting brackets — requires additional components

The unit does not include a fan speed controller, mounting brackets (V-Holder/H-Holder), or an end switch in the standard package. Full functionality requires the separate purchase of control automation — providing flexibility to adapt the solution to existing BMS systems or specific facility requirements. The fan's IP54 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and moisture — ensuring safe operation even in humid environments.

2-year warranty — designed for long-term operation

Designed for continuous use in demanding industrial conditions, the air curtain requires no special maintenance. A maximum working pressure of 1.6 MPa allows connection to most existing district heating systems. The unit weighs approximately 53 kg when filled with water — facilitating transport and installation by a two-person team.
