The industrial Guard PRO 200 C air curtain ensures a stable airflow with a maximum capacity of 9600 m³/h, creating a barrier with a reach of up to 7 meters — sufficient to secure entry doors in production halls, warehouses, or logistics centers. It does not require connection to a heating system or heater, making it an ideal solution for facilities where air heating is unnecessary, but maintaining thermal insulation and protection against dust, dirt, or insects is critical.

Modular design and Active Protection system

The device is designed for mounting flexibility — it can be installed both vertically and horizontally without the need to change components. It works with the Active Protection system, which, through an additional water heat exchanger at the base of the curtain, heats the lower part of the airflow, increasing its stability and protection effectiveness from the user's perspective. This solution is particularly useful for large door heights — where traditional air curtains lose effectiveness.

Simple operation and high reliability

It has no speed controller — it operates at a single, optimized rotation speed, eliminating the risk of configuration errors and simplifying operation. A fan with a diameter of 450 mm and optimally matched flow channels ensure constant performance with low noise levels. The IP54 protection class guarantees resistance to dust and moisture — crucial in industrial conditions. The device is made of powder-coated housing, ensuring durability and aesthetic installation even in aggressive environments.
