The Guard PRO 200 W curtain is a device designed to prevent heat loss in facilities with large openings – from logistics doors to entrances of production halls. It operates by generating a powerful, coherent air stream that creates a physical barrier between the interior and exterior, blocking the inflow of cold air, dust, and contaminants. Its construction allows for both vertical and horizontal mounting, providing flexibility to adapt to various types of openings, even those up to 2 meters wide.

Active Protection System – Intelligent User-Level Protection

Unlike traditional curtains, the Guard PRO 200 W utilizes the Active Protection system: the water heat exchanger is located only in the lower part of the unit, while the upper section contains no heater. This design directs warm air upward – where people are present – rather than at floor level. The result? Thermal comfort at head level for employees, without overheating the floor or unnecessary energy consumption. Heat does not "stay" near the ground but acts where it matters.

Performance and Construction for Industrial Conditions

The device generates a maximum airflow of 9100 m³/h thanks to fans with a diameter of 450 mm and optimally designed flow channels. The air stream reach extends up to 7–9 meters – sufficient to protect doors up to 8 meters high. The heating capacity is 46 kW at a fluid temperature of 90/70°C and an inlet air temperature of 0°C – corresponding to real winter conditions. The heater is water-based – it requires no additional electrical power supply, reducing grid load and enabling easy integration with the building's existing heating system.

The housing is powder-coated – resistant to corrosion and mechanical damage. Modular mounting allows connecting multiple units side-by-side for wide openings, and the absence of a built-in controller provides full freedom to integrate with external BMS systems or door switches (available as accessories). Operation is quiet – noise levels do not exceed 62 dB(A), which is important in facilities with frequent human traffic.
