Construction and operation

The OP1 button is designed for flush mounting, providing an aesthetic appearance and protection against mechanical damage. The version with a hammer (OP1-W02-A\20-230-M) makes it easier to break the glass in case of an alarm activation. The device has a built-in LED powered by 230VAC, which indicates the alarm activation, providing additional visual information. Thanks to the IP65 protection class, it is resistant to dust and moisture, guaranteeing its reliable operation even in difficult environmental conditions.

Application and compliance with standards

The OP1 fire alarm button is used in various public utility facilities – offices, schools, hospitals, hotels or industrial facilities. It complies with the PN-EN 54-11 standard, which confirms its high quality and meeting the stringent fire safety requirements. It has a certificate of approval No. 2266/2014 and an EC certificate of conformity No. 1438/CPD/0130. Designed to work with various alarm systems thanks to the possibility of configuring electrical circuits (normally open/normally closed and mixed NC/NO). Remember to choose the appropriate current circuits depending on the type of button (A or B).

• Type A: After breaking the glass, the button is released automatically – ideal for places requiring a quick response.
• Type B: After breaking the glass, the button must be pressed – provides additional protection against accidental alarm activation.

Connection cables with a cross-section of 1…2.5 mm² (solid core) or 0.75…1.5 mm² (stranded) ensure easy installation and safe connection to the electrical installation.
