Crane control box – reliable control of cranes and hoists

The PKS-8\W04 crane control box is a solid and functional device designed for remote control of cranes and hoists. Designed for demanding working conditions, it provides safe and precise control over lifting equipment. Made of durable plastic, it is resistant to mechanical damage and atmospheric factors (IP65 protection class), which guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation. Construction and functionality

The PKS-8\W04 box is equipped with eight control positions, allowing full control over the movement of the crane and hoist. It includes a key-operated rotary switch (1NO) for protection against unauthorized use, a safety button (1NC) for immediate stopping of the device, and single and double-stage buttons for precise control of movement in different directions. The availability of two speeds allows you to adjust the work pace to current needs. The yellow housing provides good visibility even in difficult lighting conditions.

Application and compliance with standards

The device is widely used in controlling various types of cranes and hoists, ensuring reliable operation in demanding industrial environments. It meets the standards of PN EN 60204-32, PN EN 60947-1, PN-EN 60947-5-1 and PN-EN 60947-5-5, which confirms its safety and compliance with applicable regulations. Additionally, the box meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive 2006/42/WE and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/UE. Connection cables with a cross-section of 1…2.5 mm² (solid wire) or 0.75…1.5 mm² (stranded wire) ensure easy installation and connection to the electrical installation.
