The PKS-8\W05 crane control box is a solid and functional device designed to control cranes and electric hoists. Its construction, based on durable plastic and a high degree of protection IP65, guarantees long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh industrial environments.

Functionality and application

The PKS-8\W05 box offers 8 control positions, enabling comprehensive device management. It includes a key-operated rotary switch (1NO) for protection against unauthorized use, a safety button (1NC) for immediate stop, and a set of single and double-stage buttons for precise control of hoist and crane movement. The availability of two speeds allows you to adjust the pace of work to current needs. It finds application in production halls, warehouses, workshops and other places where cranes and hoists are used.

Construction and parameters

The box housing is made of durable plastic, which ensures its lightness and resistance to mechanical damage. The IP65 protection class guarantees tightness against dust and water jets, making it ideal for working in humid or dusty environments. Connection cables with a cross-section of 2× 1...2.5 mm² (solid) or 2× 0.75...1.5 mm² (stranded) provide a stable electrical connection. The rated operating current is 1.6 A for AC-15 at 600 V. It is also crucial that the box has certificates of compliance with PN EN 60204-32, PN EN 60947-1, PN-EN 60947-5-1 and PN-EN 60947-5-5 standards as well as machinery and low-voltage directives. The yellow color of the housing cover increases the visibility of the device in the work space.
