Control panel – central control point for the crane

This control panel, designed for use with cranes, provides a reliable interface between the operator and the mechanism. It ensures precise and safe control over the crane's movement, both in the vertical plane (lifting/lowering) and horizontal plane (movement along the axis). Its robust construction and high degree of protection (IP65) guarantee long-lasting and trouble-free operation even in harsh industrial conditions.

Functionality and application

The panel is equipped with a safety button with one normally closed contact (1NC), which serves as an emergency stop function. Additionally, it offers two-stage control of the hoist (up/down) and the crane (forward/backward), as well as independent buttons for controlling movement to the left and right. This configuration allows for precise maneuvering of the load and adjustment of speed to current needs – two operating speeds are available. This is an ideal solution for a wide range of industrial applications where reliable control of crane movement is required.

Construction and user parameters

The panel housing is made of durable plastic, which ensures its resistance to mechanical damage and external factors. The yellow color of the housing cover increases visibility, making it easier to identify in a production hall or warehouse. Compact dimensions (377 mm height, 80 mm width and 69 mm depth) allow for easy mounting in limited space. The rated operating current of 1.6A for AC-15 at 600V ensures compatibility with most standard electrical installations. The number of control positions is 8, corresponding to the number of available crane control functions.
