This crane control box is a solid and functional solution for controlling cranes and hoists. Designed for demanding industrial conditions, it ensures safe and efficient operation of devices. The housing made of plastic, with dimensions of 80 x 69 x 305 mm, guarantees durability and resistance to mechanical damage. The IP65 protection class protects against dust and water, making it ideal for use both indoors and outdoors.

Functionality and safety in one device

The box is equipped with six control positions, providing full control over crane movement. It includes a safety button with one normally closed contact (1NC), a START button with one normally open contact (1NO), two-stage hoist up (2NO) and down (2NO) buttons, and single-stage left (1NO) and right (1NO) buttons. This arrangement allows for precise control over every aspect of the device's operation. The continuous rated current Iu=Ith is 10A, and the rated switching current Ie for AC-15 at 400/500V is 1.6A – these values guarantee stable operation even under higher loads.

Construction and compliance with standards

The box housing is made of durable plastic, providing lightness and corrosion resistance. The yellow color of the housing cover increases visibility and facilitates device identification. The box meets the requirements of standards PN EN 60204-32, PN EN 60947-1, PN-EN 60947-5-1 and PN-EN 60947-5-5, as well as machine directive 2006/42/WE and low voltage directive 2006/95 WE. The cross-section of the connecting wires is 2× 1…2.5 mm² for solid wires and 2× 0.75…1.5 mm² for stranded wires. This makes installation simple and safe. Two speed levels allow you to adjust the work pace to current needs.
