Hoist Control Box – Central Control Point

This hoist control box, equipped with a key-operated rotary button (1NO) and a safety button (1NC), provides a reliable solution for controlling cranes and hoists. Thanks to the two-stage buttons – hoist up/down and crane forward/backward, left/right – it ensures precise control over the device. The design with eight control positions allows operation of even more complex systems.

Robust Construction and Protection

The housing made of durable plastic guarantees resistance to mechanical damage, and the high degree of protection IP65 protects against dust and water. The yellow color of the housing cover increases visibility and facilitates identification of the box in an industrial environment. Connection cables with a cross-section of 2× 1…2.5 mm² (solid wire) or 2× 0.75…1.5 mm² (stranded wire) ensure a safe and stable electrical connection. The box is designed to operate in a wide range of ambient temperatures, from -40°C to +70°C, making it suitable for use in harsh conditions.

Safety and Compliance with Standards

The box meets the requirements of standards PN EN 60204-32, PN EN 60947-1, PN-EN 60947-5-1 and PN-EN 60947-5-5, confirming its safety and reliability. Furthermore, the product is compliant with the Machinery Directive 2006/42/WE and the Low Voltage Directive 2014/35/UE. The rated operating current Ie for AC-15 is 1.6 A at 600 V. Two available speeds allow you to adapt the control to specific application needs. The built-in safety button (1NC) provides an additional level of protection for the operator and the device.
