Pressure reducer 315 2 inch – simple, reliable, with indicator and filtration

The reducer is designed to stabilize pressure in water installations, with air or other neutral, non‑sticky liquids and gases. It operates without additional power sources – regulation is mechanical, based on the pressure differential. The output value is set in the range from 1.5 bar to 6 bar, which meets typical requirements in water‑supply systems.

The built‑in output‑pressure indicator allows quick visual control of the setting – no need to install an external manometer. The entire upper part of the reducer can be turned even after mounting, so the indicator reading remains readable – no need to disassemble the joint.

At the inlet there is a permanent stainless‑steel filter element – mesh openings 0.25 mm. It traps fine particles that could disturb valve operation. It does not require frequent maintenance, but if it becomes clogged, simply remove and rinse it.

Construction and service

The whole reduction mechanism is a single, replaceable cartridge – no need to dismantle the entire device. Just unscrew the cover and replace the cartridge: no special tools, no risk of losing the setting. This greatly reduces service time and minimizes downtime.

Compliant with PN EN 1567 – meaning it meets basic requirements for devices used in water‑supply systems. Maximum inlet pressure: 25 bar. Operating temperature: up to 60 °C.

For the installer – easy installation and long life

No need to worry about setting accuracy during installation – the cartridge retains the setting even after multiple replacements. The G 2" (DN50) connection is standard for larger circuits – e.g., distributors in multi‑family buildings or industrial installations.

The inlet filter reduces the risk of failure due to contamination – which means fewer complaints and less service return. The pressure indicator adds an extra safety layer: you can see at a glance whether the reducer is operating correctly.
