Pressure reducer 6243.1 1" 90°C 1.5‑5 bar 6243.25.000
Pressure reducer with built‑in pressure gauge and replaceable cartridge
The reducer enables output pressure stabilization in the range 1.5–5 bar, regardless of input pressure fluctuations — up to 25 bar. It is intended for installations where precise and durable reduction is required, while high medium temperatures are present — up to 90 °C. It operates safely with water, compressed air, and other neutral gases and non‑sticky fluids.
The built‑in output pressure indicator eliminates the need to install an additional pressure gauge. The indicator is mounted on a rotatable shaft — it can be positioned to remain readable regardless of mounting orientation. This facilitates monitoring and service without having to reposition the device.
A key advantage is the replaceable functional cartridge — all regulating components (spring, diaphragm, valve) are contained in a single unit. It can be replaced without dismantling the entire fitting and without special tools. Moreover, the set output pressure remains unchanged — no need to recalibrate the system after service.
The advanced design allows installation in any orientation — horizontal, vertical, or angled. There are no restrictions imposed by valve operation principles or diaphragm position. This provides flexibility in system design and eases installation in confined spaces.
An internal 0.25 mm mesh filter protects the mechanism from contaminants — especially useful when working with mains water or low‑purity air. It requires no frequent cleaning but ensures long‑term reliability.
No additional protective components are needed — the reducer serves both pressure reduction and filtration functions. This simplifies installation and reduces the number of potential failure points.
For the installer: service simplicity and mounting flexibility
For the end user: stable pressure without pulsations and surges
Installation is straightforward — 1‑inch (DN25) thread is standardly compatible with most copper or steel pipes. The lack of need for special tools when changing cartridges significantly reduces service time — even on‑site. The high operating temperature (90 °C) allows use in heating or industrial systems where other reducers might fail.
This is not a “simple valve” — it is a device designed for reliable operation in demanding conditions: district heating systems, process lines, circulation pumps, compressed‑air installations in workshops or production halls.
