Pressure reducer with integrated indicator and replaceable cartridge

The reducer enables stabilization of the outlet pressure in the range 1.5–5 bar, regardless of inlet pressure fluctuations – up to 25 bar. The indicator on the housing shows the currently set outlet pressure, eliminating the need to install an additional pressure gauge.

The cartridge with regulating elements is designed for quick replacement without dismantling the entire fitting and without the use of special tools. When the cartridge is replaced, the outlet pressure setting remains unchanged – no recalibration of the system is required.

Construction resistant to industrial conditions

It contains a coaxial filter with a 0.25 mm mesh, which protects the mechanism from contaminants. It can be mounted in any position – horizontal, vertical or inclined – thanks to a special internal design.

It operates at temperatures up to 90 °C and is compatible with water, compressed air, neutral gases and non‑adhesive liquids. The connection is 3/4 in (DN 20), matching standard installations in heating, industrial and commercial systems.

A clearly visible, 360° rotatable knob with indicator allows quick control of settings even in hard‑to‑reach locations. No additional measuring elements are required. Replacing the filter or cartridges does not require removing the fitting from the pipeline – reducing service time and minimizing downtime.
