Pressure reducer with integrated filter mesh and pressure gauge connections

Built from forged brass, reducer 6243.25.002 provides stable outlet pressure in the range of 4–8 bar, regardless of flow or inlet pressure variations. Ideal for water‑supply installations where protection against over‑pressure is required – e.g., for sanitary devices, boilers or water‑distribution systems.

It features an integrated filter mesh that protects the valve from contaminants. Both sides are equipped with G 1/4" connections for attaching pressure gauges, facilitating pressure monitoring without additional components.

Installation and service

Operates with drinking water up to 90 °C. Threaded connections allow quick installation in existing systems – only a thread wrench is needed. The modular cartridge design enables fast service: simply unscrew the cover, remove the cartridge and replace it – full valve disassembly is not required. The outlet pressure setting remains unchanged after replacement.

Applications and benefits

Operates without power, using the pressure differential – making it reliable even during a power outage. The brass body complies with drinking‑water standards, and the built‑in filter eliminates the need for additional filtration elements. The ability to connect gauges on both sides allows monitoring of inlet and outlet pressure without extra installation.
