This heating water softener is a comprehensive solution to protect installations from the effects of hard water. The SYR 3200 connection unit, complete with a 4L tank filled with ion exchange resin, effectively softens the water, preparing it for filling the heating or cooling system. This minimizes the risk of scale and corrosion, which lead to failures and reduced installation efficiency.

Using this type of softener is not only protection against costly repairs, but also extends the life of installation components – pumps, valves and heat exchangers. Regular resin replacement (replacement cartridges available) ensures continuous protection and optimal device performance.

Performance and application

The 4-liter softener is designed to treat water with a hardness of up to 14,000 liters per German degree (°dH). This means it is ideal for medium-sized installations where regular scale removal is crucial for maintaining system efficiency. This value applies to the use of softening granules.

Construction and installation

The 3200 connection unit has been designed with easy installation and operation in mind. The built-in water meter allows precise monitoring of resin consumption and determination of the time for its replacement. Remember that after a certain amount of water flows, the resin cartridge must be replaced – appropriate cartridges are available in our offer. In accordance with PN EN 1717, for installation safety, a backflow preventer valve must be installed before the device. This protection prevents backflow from the heating installation to the water supply network.
