YKXS cables feature a meticulous design. Conductors made of soft copper strands (available in classes RE, RM, and SM) ensure flexibility and ease of installation. Insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) guarantees excellent electrical properties and high resistance to mechanical damage and environmental factors. The stranded cores are further protected by a black polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sheath—however, cables with alternative sheath colors are available upon request.

This cable type is intended for fixed installation—both in cable ducts and direct burial in the ground. Thanks to XLPE insulation, these cables offer smaller dimensions and lower weight compared to traditional PVC-insulated cables.
