Conductors made of soft copper wires (available classes RE, RM, SM according to PN-EN 60228) provide good conductivity and flexibility. Insulation made of cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) increases resistance to temperature and chemical factors, and also allows for reducing the cable dimensions compared to traditional solutions with polyvinyl insulation. Twisted conductors arranged in a core minimize the risk of mechanical damage. The whole is surrounded by a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) jacket, which provides resistance to abrasion and weather conditions and meets the PN-EN 60332-3 standard regarding the limitation of fire propagation.
