Universal cable for fixed installations

The H05V-U (DY) 1x0,75 installation cable is a classic solution for permanent laying in low-voltage electrical systems. Manufactured in accordance with PN-HD 21.3 and DIN VDE 0281-3 standards, it is used in signaling and control circuits as well as in lighting installations.

The construction is based on a single copper conductor of class 1 with a cross-section of 0.75 mm², ensuring stable electrical and mechanical parameters. The insulation, made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) type TI1, guarantees reliable conductor protection and resistance to typical environmental conditions.

Electrical and environmental parameters

The cable operates at a rated voltage of 300/500V, allowing for a wide spectrum of applications in domestic and industrial installations. The maximum conductor temperature is +70°C, and the ambient operating range is -40°C to +50°C after installation and -15°C to +50°C during installation.

The conductor resistance at 20°C is 24.5 Ohm/km, and the minimum bending radius in fixed installations is 8.64 mm. The outer diameter of the cable is approximately 2.16 mm, with a linear weight of 10.964 kg/km.

Performance and safety properties

The cable meets the flame retardancy requirements according to IEC 60332-1-2, confirming its safety for use in fire conditions. The construction is resistant to low temperatures in accordance with EN 60811-504+505+506 standards.

The blue insulation color allows for easy identification of the neutral conductor in accordance with the requirements of the HD 308 S2 standard. The conductor surface is uncoated, which simplifies termination processes.

Application and installation

Designed for permanent laying in installation conduits on plaster, under plaster, and in installation ducts. It is suitable for both residential buildings and industrial facilities when creating durable electrical connections.
