Professional single-core cable for permanent installations

The presented installation cable is a high-quality solution for professional electrical installations, manufactured in accordance with European standards PN-HD 21.3 and DIN VDE 0281-3. The product is characterized by a robust construction based on a Class 1 single-wire copper conductor and durable TI1 type polyvinyl insulation.

Construction and materials

Each element of the cable has been carefully selected in terms of electrical parameters and mechanical strength. The Class 1 single-wire copper conductor with a diameter of 1,36 mm and a cross-section of 1,5 mm² ensures excellent electrical conductivity and ease of installation. The outer insulation made of high-quality polyvinyl chloride (PVC) guarantees resistance to temperatures up to 70°C during normal operation, protection against moisture and minor mechanical damage, and long-term stability of electrical parameters.

The cable has an outer diameter of 2,6 mm, and the minimum bending radius is 10,4 mm, allowing for precise routing in tight installation spaces.

Application and compatibility

The cable is intended for permanent installation in various installation systems: in installation conduits on and under plaster, installation ducts and trunking, installation boxes and switchboards, and for mounting inside electrical devices and lighting fixtures. It is particularly recommended for signaling and control circuits, as well as standard lighting circuits with a rated voltage of 300/500V. The blue color of the insulation facilitates the identification of neutral conductors in installations.

Operating parameters and safety

The device operates in a wide range of ambient temperatures: from -15°C to +50°C during installation, and from -40°C to +50°C after installation. The cable demonstrates full resistance to low temperatures in accordance with the EN 60811-504+505+506 standard, enabling its use even in difficult weather conditions. The maximum conductor temperature during a short circuit can reach 160°C for a short period. The test voltage is 2000V at a frequency of 50Hz, ensuring high operational safety and effective protection against insulation breakdown.

The product meets the requirements of the PN-HD 21.3 and DIN VDE 0281-3 standards for single-core cables with polyvinyl insulation. The construction complies with the BS 6004 standard for the British electrotechnical market and holds all required safety certifications for professional use in residential, commercial, and light industrial construction.
