Polyester braids TOZ-PE10 – reliable cable and wire protection

Polyester braids TOZ-PE10 are flexible and durable covers, ideal for protecting cables, wires and wire harnesses in various applications. Made from high-quality plastic, they provide effective protection against mechanical damage, moisture and weathering. Properties and application

TOZ-PE10 braids are characterized by high flexibility, which facilitates their installation even in hard-to-reach places. An expansion ratio of 2-3:1 allows for adaptation to different wire diameters. A wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +150°C guarantees reliable operation in demanding environmental conditions. Thanks to the melting temperature resistance up to 250°C, these braids can be used in applications exposed to elevated temperatures.

Technical characteristics and material

TOZ-PE10 braids are made of black plastic. They have flame retardancy in accordance with UL94 V1 standard, which provides additional safety in case of fire. The braid material is raw (without a protective coating), which allows for further processing or painting if necessary. The nominal diameter of the braid is 10 mm, and the diameter of the braid itself is 7-9 mm – this difference allows it to be adapted to wires of slightly different diameters. Please note that the product does not have UR or NF F 16-101 certificates or DIN 5510 approval. It is also not halogen-free.
