TOZ-PE6 polyester braids are flexible and durable covers designed to protect electrical wires and cable harnesses. Properties and application
TOZ-PE6 braids are characterized by a wide range of diameters (3-9 mm with a nominal diameter of 6 mm), allowing them to be adapted to various wire cross-sections. A wide operating temperature range from -50°C to +150°C guarantees reliable operation even in extreme conditions. In addition, the braid material has self-extinguishing properties (UL94 V1 flame retardancy), increasing safety of use.

Construction and user parameters
TOZ-PE6 braids are supplied in a raw state, allowing for possible additional modifications or dyeing. Their construction based on a polyester braid provides high resistance to abrasion and stretching. It is worth noting the elongation ratio of 2-3:1, which makes it easier to put the braid on wires of different thicknesses. The melting temperature of the material is 250°C, which confirms its high thermal stability. Thanks to this, they can be used in applications requiring resistance to high temperatures, e.g. near heat sources or in devices generating heat during operation.
