Polyester braids TOZ-PE25 – reliable cable protection
Polyester braids TOZ-PE25 are flexible coverings designed to protect wires and cables from mechanical damage, moisture and external factors. Made of durable plastic, they provide long-lasting protection in various working conditions. Their versatility makes them suitable for use in both electrical installations and other industrial sectors.
Properties and application
TOZ-PE25 braids are characterized by a wide range of diameters – from 18 to 35 mm, with a nominal diameter of 25 mm. This allows them to be adapted to various wire cross-sections. The material they are made of is temperature resistant in the range of -50°C to +150°C, making them ideal for use in harsh environmental conditions. An elongation ratio of 2-3:1 makes installation easier and ensures a secure fit to the protected element. In addition, these braids exhibit flame retardancy in accordance with UL94 V1 standard – which increases the safety of the installation.

Construction and user parameters
TOZ-PE25 braids are made of polyester, which guarantees their flexibility and abrasion resistance. The absence of halogen in the material composition increases safety of use, especially in enclosed spaces. The black color of the braid provides an aesthetic appearance of the installation and minimizes the impact of UV radiation on the material.
