Properties and application

TOZ-PE38 braids are particularly valued for their flexibility, allowing easy installation even in hard-to-reach places. A wide range of diameters (30-60 mm with a nominal diameter of 38 mm) allows adaptation to various sizes of cables and wires. The operating temperature from -50°C to +150°C guarantees reliable operation in extreme conditions. Additionally, the high melting temperature (250°C) ensures safe use.

Construction and parameters

TOZ-PE38 braids are made of polyester, which provides them with high flexibility and resistance to chemicals. The absence of halogen in the material composition increases safety in environments sensitive to the presence of these substances. The elongation ratio of 2-3:1 allows for easy placement of the braid on cables of different thicknesses. Please note the lack of UR certificate and DIN 5510 and NF F 16-101 approval – before use in applications requiring such certificates, this should be verified.
