This Unitronics Vision350 PLC controller combines the functionality of a programmable logic controller with an intuitive operator panel. Equipped with a 3.5-inch color touchscreen display, it enables efficient control and monitoring of industrial processes. This solution is ideal for both advanced automation applications and simpler control tasks.

Functionality and flexibility

The controller offers a wide range of inputs and outputs, adapted to diverse needs. The V350-35-TR34 model has 20 digital inputs, 2 analog-to-digital inputs (accepting signals 0-10 Vdc and 0/4-20 mA), 8 relay outputs and 4 transistor outputs. This combination allows for direct connection of various sensors, actuators and signaling systems. Additionally, the controller supports communication protocols such as RS232/485 and optionally Ethernet, CANbus and Profibus, which facilitates integration with other devices in the industrial network.

HMI panel – intuitive operation and visualization

The integrated HMI panel with a color QVGA TFT screen (256 colors) provides convenient visualization of processes and easy operation of the device. The ability to display text in Polish and graphic files (gif, jpg, bmp) allows you to create clear and intuitive user interfaces. The panel offers up to 1024 screens (maximum 250 images per application) and the ability to assign up to 150 different pieces of information or images to each screen variable. The IP65 protection class (from the front) guarantees resistance to harsh industrial conditions.

Programming and expansion

The controller is programmed in ladder logic, which is a standard in industrial automation. The program memory is 1MB, and the scan time for a 1k program is only 15 µs – ensuring fast and efficient system operation. The controller has a built-in microSD card slot for easy storage and data transfer. An available expansion port allows you to connect additional I/O modules (up to 512 points), increasing the functionality of the device if necessary. The built-in real-time clock and memory backup battery (up to 7 years) ensure reliable system operation even in the event of a power failure.
