This PLC controller with a built-in Unistream B10 5” HMI panel combines control and visualization functionality in one device. This is particularly useful in applications where space is limited or rapid integration is required. Designed for performance and flexibility, it offers advanced programming and communication capabilities.

Performance and expandability

The Unistream B10 is based on a fast processor, providing a short program scan time (approximately 0.13 μs) and support for up to 2048 I/O points. Program memory with a capacity of over 1 MB allows for the implementation of even complex applications. The modular system allows for expanding functionality through UAG-CX adapters, allowing you to connect up to 16 additional modules directly to the controller. Additionally, using the EX-RC1 adapter and the CANbus network, you can expand the system with another 8 modules – up to 60 such adapters can operate simultaneously in the CANbus network. This provides great freedom in adapting the controller to specific project needs.

Programming and communication

The controller is programmed in the free UniLogic environment, which offers an intuitive interface and features to facilitate application creation. The software allows you to build your own function block libraries and automatically define I/O, which significantly reduces programming time. The Unistream supports a wide range of communication protocols, such as RS485, CANopen, UniCAN, ModbusRTU, ModbusTCP, and has RS232/RS485 ports (UAC-CX). Additionally, it offers support for USB Host and remote access via VNC, allowing you to monitor and control the system from a computer, tablet, or smartphone. The PRO version additionally has an Audio Jack port and support for Web Server, Video +RTSP and SQL Client.
