This is an elbow with an internal thread, designed for connecting multilayer pipes in the Uponor S-Press Plus system. Made of high-quality dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) with a tinned surface, it ensures a durable and tight connection in water and heating installations. Its construction, with a fixed steel clamping sleeve, guarantees reliability and safety during operation.

Construction and application – combining tradition with modernity

The elbow combines a proven design with modern technological solutions. It has a cylindrical BSPP-G (ISO 228-1) internal gas thread with a diameter of Rp1/2 inch, allowing easy connection to existing installations. The outer diameter of the connection pipe is 20 mm. This makes the elbow versatile and can be used in both new and modernized installations. It can be used in potable water systems (up to 70°C, maximum pressure 10 bar) and heating systems (up to 80°C, maximum pressure 10 bar). Short-term temperatures may be higher – 95°C for water and 100°C for heating, respectively.
