Elbow with internal thread for Uponor S-Press Plus systems

This is an elbow with an internal thread, designed for connecting multilayer pipes in the Uponor S-Press Plus system. Made of dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) and protected by tinning, it ensures a durable and tight connection. It is an essential element when creating branches in the installation, especially where a threaded connection is required.

The elbow combines solid construction and precision, which translates into easy installation and reliable operation. The use of DZR brass guarantees corrosion resistance and long life, even in harsh operating conditions. Tinning of the surface further protects against external factors.

Construction and application

The elbow has a nominal connection diameter of 32 mm and a BSPP-G cylindrical gas internal thread of size 1 inch (25). The length of the threaded connection is 54 mm, and the working length is 26 mm. This dimension allows for convenient connection to various installation elements, such as valves, pressure regulators or other threaded fittings.

The application of this elbow is wide – it is ideal for water supply, heating and central heating installations. It can be used both in new installations and during the modernization of existing ones. Thanks to S-Press Plus technology, installation is quick and safe, without the need for welding or soldering – just the right crimping jaw and crimping tool.
