Uponor Uni Pipe Plus pipe is an advanced solution designed for the construction of water supply, heating (including underfloor heating) installations, and drinking water systems. Construction and properties

The Uni Pipe Plus pipe consists of five layers: inner and outer layers of polyethylene (PE-RT II), a middle layer of aluminum, and two bonding layers that ensure a durable connection between materials. The seamless aluminum layer acts as an anti-diffusion barrier, preventing oxygen from penetrating the installation and protecting it from corrosion. The PE-RT II layer is safe for drinking water and resistant to high temperatures (up to 95°C for short periods). Thanks to the use of aluminum, the pipe is resistant to working pressure up to 10 bar.

It is worth noting the exceptional flexibility of the pipe – the bending radius is only 48 mm, which allows for easy adaptation to existing infrastructure and reduces the need for fittings. Low linear expansion (0.025 mm/(m.K)) minimizes the risk of stresses in the installation caused by temperature changes. The pipe wall thickness is 2 mm, and the outer diameter is 16 mm.
