Brass double coupling Wipex 63x8.6-63x8.6, PN10 SDR7.4, for Ecoflex pre-insulated systems 1042982
Double-sided brass fitting for pre-insulated systems
This Wipex double-sided brass fitting, with dimensions 63x8.6-63x8.6 and designation PN10 SDR7.4, is designed for reliable connection of pipes in Ecoflex pre-insulated systems. Made of corrosion-resistant and dezincification-resistant brass (DZR), it ensures durability and safety of connections in hot and cold water installations and low-parameter heating networks.
This fitting is part of a proven technology, enabling the connection of PE and PE-Xa pipes. Available in a wide range of diameters (25-125 mm) and two pressure series (PN6 and PN10), it offers flexibility in design and installation. Sealing with O-rings guarantees quick and reliable installation, minimizing the risk of leaks.
Construction features and application
The Wipex fitting is characterized by a simple construction, which facilitates its installation. Made of high-quality corrosion-resistant brass, it ensures long-term reliability even in harsh operating conditions. The screw made of stainless steel further protects the connection from external factors.
The fitting is compatible with popular piping systems Thermo, Varia, Aqua, Quattro, Supra, Supra PLUS and Supra Standard. Designed for screwed connections of PE and PE-Xa pipes with a cylindrical external thread, it allows for the creation of tight and durable installations. The maximum operating temperature of the fitting is 95°C.
Made of corrosion-resistant and dezincification-resistant brass (DZR) ensures durability. O-ring sealing eliminates the need for additional sealants, which speeds up installation. Compatibility with various Ecoflex pre-insulated pipe systems and popular PE and PE-Xa pipe systems increases its versatility. The stainless steel screw guarantees a stable and secure connection, and the maximum working pressure at 20°C of 10 bar ensures high resistance.
