Aluminum adjustable grille – functionality and aesthetics

The aluminum anodized adjustable grille is a practical solution for finishing heating ducts and fan coil units. Made of a durable I-beam profile (type 25x180), it provides effective airflow while being an aesthetic element of interior design. The grille is standardly equipped with black PVC sleeves with a spacing of 13 mm, but optional sleeves in other colors (gray, beige, light brown, dark brown) are also available.

Application and compatibility

The grille is an additional component for popular models of duct heaters VK12, VK15, VKN1, VKN2 SILENT, VKN5, SVKN1, VKN5P and fan coil units CVK2, CVK4, CVK2P and CVK4P. It should be remembered to include it in the order when purchasing these devices. Thanks to its versatility, it will work in both domestic and commercial installations.

Construction and materials

The I-beam profile made of anodized aluminum guarantees high durability and corrosion resistance. Anodizing is a process that increases the material's strength and gives it an elegant appearance. Available in a stainless steel finish, the grille will harmoniously fit into modern interior designs. The maximum length of a single section of the grille is 6000 mm.

Installation and additional information

The grille is easy to install and does not require specialized tools. In the case of VK15 and VKN duct heaters, it is worth considering ordering a frame (available in natural aluminum, anodized or painted versions) at the same time as the grille – especially if the heater tub has a factory frame. The frame covers the space between the floor and the heater tub and is mounted with silicone adhesive. Remember to properly install the heater to avoid deformation of the tub.
