45° Elbow with Push-in End and Crimp Connection
Made of stainless steel 316 (1.4401), ensuring corrosion resistance even in aggressive environments – ideal for water supply, heating, rainwater, and industrial installations. The material does not react with drinking water or chemicals, guaranteeing long-term reliability without the need for replacement.
The "push-in – crimp" connection type (Sanpress) requires no glue, welding, or threading. Simply insert the pipe and crimp – the process is fast, clean, and requires no additional tools beyond the crimping tool. The EPDM seal is pre-installed and does not require manual assembly, eliminating the risk of twisting or damage during installation.
The 45° angle enables smooth flow direction changes without sharp bends, reducing hydrodynamic resistance and minimizing the risk of pipe wall erosion. Both sides have an outer diameter of 22 mm, ensuring compatibility with Sanpress Inox pipes of the same diameter – no adapters are required.
Safe and Visible Connections
The SC-Contur technology ensures that an uncrimped connection becomes visible during the first system fill. If the crimping tool did not achieve full pressure, the connection will leak at pressures starting from 1 bar – the installer immediately knows something is wrong. This is not just a safety feature – it is a quality control tool.
Operating pressure up to 16 bar at 20°C, and temperature up to 85°C in water supply systems and up to 110°C in heating systems – sufficient for most residential and commercial systems. The component works in both concealed and surface-mounted installations.
Applications
- Drinking water installations (compliant with standards for materials in contact with water)
- Heating systems – both condensing and traditional boilers
- Rainwater piping
- Compressed air lines (up to 3 bar)
- Agricultural and industrial applications
No additional anti-corrosion protection is required. No painting or thermal insulation is needed – simply crimp correctly.
