45° Elbow with Stainless Steel 316 Fittings

Elbow made of stainless steel 316 (1.4401), designed for installation in Sanpress systems with pipes of 35 mm outer diameter. Both ends are equipped with press-fit couplings, enabling quick and secure connections without the need for welding. All joints are hermetically sealed thanks to EPDM gaskets – a material resistant to temperatures up to 110°C and stable in contact with potable water.

Installation of this component is simple: simply press it onto the pipe, and the characteristic green dot on the weld indicates whether the connection has been correctly made – an unpressed connection is visible to the naked eye. This not only facilitates installation inspection but also eliminates the risk of leaks after installation.

This product is intended for potable water systems, but thanks to its material resistance and a working pressure of up to 16 bar at 20°C, it is also suitable for:

• sprinkler installations and fire suppression systems
• pressure circuits in industry
• rainwater harvesting and agricultural irrigation systems
• installations on ships or marine structures

There is no drain valve or air vent – this is a purely piping component. The connection length is 41 mm, ensuring adequate distance between pressing points, while the 45° shape allows smooth changes in pipeline direction without sharp angular transitions.

All components are manufactured in accordance with the requirements for Sanpress Inox systems, and material 316 guarantees corrosion resistance – even in aggressive environments or in the presence of chlorides.
