Fitting manufactured from stainless steel 316 (1.4401), designed for installation in Sanpress systems with pipes of 28 mm outer diameter. Both ends are made of the same material grade – there are no composite or modified coatings, ensuring uniform corrosion resistance throughout the entire connection.

One side features a press coupling, ready for pressing onto a stainless steel pipe according to Sanpress technology. The other side has an internal metric thread Rp 1 (i.e., 1 inch), allowing direct connection to valves, radiators, or other components with external threads. There are no additional adapters or extensions – this is a clean, one-piece connection.

The seal between the coupling and the pipe is made of EPDM – an elastomer with high resistance to temperature and chemical environments, widely used in water and heating installations. No additional sealing tape or paste is required at the thread; proper tightening is sufficient.

The length of the press coupling is 54 mm, and the thread length is 36 mm – both values are precisely matched to VdS standards, enabling a stable connection without risk of twisting or improper pressing.
